I bought a ticket, how can I get a refund?

After purchasing a ticket, buyers have a 14-day period to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund, provided that there are more than 14 days until the event starts. Please contact us via email at info@midix.is for further assistance.


The event was canceled.

If the event was canceled, you are entitled to a refund. Please send us the last four digits of the card number used to purchase the tickets to info@midix.is. We will process the refund to the same card within a week of receiving the information.


I am unable to purchase tickets.

If you are having trouble purchasing tickets, you can always contact us. Send an email to info@midix.is specifying which event you wish to buy tickets for, including seat number and row if applicable. Please make the payment to the MidiX account, ID: 510220-1370, and bank number: 515-26-11370. Once you have sent us a receipt for the payment, we will send you the tickets.


I have not received the tickets I purchased.

Sometimes, sent tickets may end up in the spam/junk folder. Please check there first. If they are not there, the wrong email address might have been entered at the time of purchase, which could prevent the tickets from being delivered. You can also log in to your MidiX account - select "Register / Log in" at the top right corner of the page to access your tickets. If you need further assistance, you can call our call center at 567-8004 or send us an email at info@midix.is with details of the event you would like to switch to, and we will take care of changing the order for you.
