• Please review your ticket purchase carefully at the time of purchase, ensuring the correct date, area, time, etc. It may not be possible to correct ticket purchases afterward.


• It is not allowed to resell tickets for financial gain. If it is found that a ticket is sold for financial gain by someone other than the event organizer, MidiX reserves the right to void the ticket.
  
  
• If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered comparable tickets for the next date or a full refund.
  
  
• If the date or time of an event is changed, the tickets will automatically transfer to the new date/time. If the new date/time is not suitable, the purchaser is entitled to a refund, but MidiX may set a specific timeframe in the notification of change within which customers can opt out of the purchase.
  
  
• Age restrictions at events are determined by child protection laws and laws on licensed premises. Children under 18 are not allowed to stay in establishments that serve alcohol after 20:00 and until closing time, unless accompanied by a guardian. However, the event organizer may set their own age restrictions, which will take precedence over the rules set by MidiX.
  
  
• Lost ticket. Note that in only a few cases is it possible to reissue lost tickets.
  
  
• By purchasing a ticket through MidiX, you agree to receive emails with information about the event or related services from the event organizer. If, for any reason, you do not wish to accept this, you can send us an email at info@midix.is
  
  
• MidiX handles personal information in accordance with the law. 
  
  
• MidiX and event organizers are not responsible for personal belongings of ticket holders before, during, or after the event.
  
  

• Once you have purchased a ticket, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel the purchase and request a refund. However, this does not apply to requests made when there are less than 14 days until the event.
